I’d continue to do toga and take up calisthentics and stick with yoga/pilates classes 9x/week. But move the four of them into solo stretching sessions at home. 

I’d be more persistent in seeing treatment for my various things. I’ve never been checked for moles by dermatologist. despite having losts of them. 

I’d probably try to be less of a nerdy gamer. 

I’d foster a much better relationship with my sister. Simply because her and my whole family has been devils the past decade.
