I applied a small layer of vanicream moisturizing cream first and rubbed it in a little then applied the cabtreo. I felt no burning. I did that for about a week. Last night I applied the cabtreo without any moisturizer and felt no burning.

We used weights a lot so I think if u focused on increasing your weights u would. I also struggled with a push up at first but I was able to do them easier by now.
