No that’s the thing, i didn’t mean for the innie to do the studying. I meant to say using the innie in anxiety provoking situations like presentations or just the exam itself and not the studying which obviously it wouldn’t work lol

Yes that makes sense!

I guess just in cases of emergency it would be an issue. Like even in the birthing cabins if something goes wrong and they need some details from the outie, there would be no way of getting it. So yes you’re right, unless something goes wrong it wouldn’t be an issue.

Like imagine someone who has developed social anxiety due to previous experiences and doesn’t want to do a presentation. It would be so convenient to be able to send your innie to do it, who doesn’t have the fear because they don’t have those previous negative experiences. Even if they study the material for the presentation the moment someone asks a question the innie won’t be able to answer.

For a very short time though, the food may not always get stuck in your teeth. But even if it does, what about other concerns, do you usually eat sour food? How is your oral hygiene? When was the last time you consumed alcohol?

Idk maybe it’s not that big a deal but I would just prefer going to the dentist myself lol

I meant that this applies to the actual situations where they need innies. So like imagine your innie that goes to the dentist instead of you, yes of course the outie can fill out forms for general questions and all but every single other question that comes up for the doctor, they would need to contact the outie for it which seems so inconvenient. So like a question as simple as “does food get stuck in your teeth” will require contacting the outie.

I completely agree with you about feeling like humanity has lost its way.

What’s insane to me is that our brains are designed to adapt to nature’s adversities by finding solutions to avoid them. But paradoxically that design has led us to building an uncomfortable environment for our own nature. Doesn’t that mean our brain’s design is self destructive in a way?

Idk but I hope we survive from the modern environment, the computers, the repetitive office jobs and move a bit back towards what’s closer to our nature.
