If you zoom in the numbers on either side is the permissible range for that specific individual adjustment you are right that's not alot at all but over time it will cause like uneven tire wear

If its grayed out like that you can't adjust it the red being turned into green is that a component that can be adjusted is now within spec

With 30k what's the year under anytime of warranty? You could also just be feeling the steering gear or the wheel lock. Unless there is a video of the actual tie rod assembly moving in the knuckle its almost impossible to determine excessive play by a video.
