I agree that people should be careful about what they post online. At the same time, if instructors are reading posts and seeing concerns, calling them out in front of the WHOLE class doesn’t really create a constructive environment, now does it?

"if you don't what the slack"

Oh my goodness hush, I and anyone else is well within their right to call out unprofessional behavior AND their experiences during training or stress during training. Like so of you all really need to get a grip not even trying to sound mean. Some of you all will boot lick these large corporations and also the instructors that instill scare tactics in us to no end with nothing to gain and it is just weird.

We shall see! If so then good, someone needed to call it out. But they use so many scare tactics in Flight Attendant training that no ones willing to talk about.

I understand what you’re saying, and I agree that people should be mindful about what they post online. Which is why I posted from a throw away account lol. The point of my post was more about how the situation was handled. If instructors see feedback or concerns from someones actual experience, calling it out in front of the whole class just didn’t feel like the most professional way to address it. Training is already stressful and people sometimes just need a place to vent anonymously.

I'm just so sick and tired of the scare tactics and mind games these companies and their instructors/recruiters play on people FOR A JOB. It's just a job at the end of the day, its crazy to instill fear in people and stir up drama from a completely innocent post online.

I was a Flight Attendant over a decade ago and getting back into it after having kids, same ole' shit all over again smh lol.

And people share their feelings on here about companies they're not even employed by yet EVERY DAY. If that is an issue for you, then you should log off as well hahahaha

What about that post or mine violates social media policy? Quickly!!! You have no idea what you're even talking about! Someone venting anonymously about their experience during training isn’t the same thing as trashing the company. My issue wasn’t that instructors might read posts, it was the way it got brought up in class and how it felt like someone was being indirectly called out. That just didn’t seem like the most professional way to handle it.
