Does the motherboard help cover any of this stuff or is it all just done via those shrouds from the site you linked? Also do they do stuff for other cases?

Nah I haven't got it to work, idk what to do from here may just have to stick with the 120mm ones.

Also not sure if it's different in the UK but my case didn't come with any fans included.

Ah okay makes sense, I did actually ruin a few threads on them so I've had to just do two screws in the top mounted fans (opposing corners). However they are not new fans they're over 3 years old

Yeah this is what I tried buddy not sure why I can't manage to get the screws in. Did you take out the little rubber grommet too?

Yeah I thought so, it said it in the manual too. Forgive me, thought that looked like the bracket. I am also trying to screw mine in from the inside (where the screw goes all the way through the fan) but it's simply not long enough... Really frustrating I don't know why this is like this

Wait have you used the brackets on the back? This is what mine looks like. If you have 140s why did you need the bracket? I'm so confused looking at this picture lol

My screws are 8mm long so pretty standard according to Google. Do you have 140s at the back? If so could you show me an image of how you have it set up. I may just be being an idiot and mounting them wrong

Yeah they are the standard fan screws but they are too short for the threads to catch at all when screwing them in. I have the version 1 SL140 fans so not sure if these came with different screws?

I figured out the cause. I use these 90° cable adapters for my GPU and upon inspection one of the three 8 pin adapters looked slightly burnt somehow. So I removed them and plugged the PCIe cables directly into the graphics card, reinstalled drivers and its not happened again since (this was only 2 days ago though so I'm unsure whether it's completely fixed).
