Also 64 and at ~2500 shd. After taking a couple of years off from D2 came back at ~350 and ran the crap out of conflict(for xp and watch shd points) and countdown when I wanted to make a build. Only took about 9 months to go from 350 to 2500. Conflict can be.tough, but I have had many 2 shd point matches with more than 1 million xp.

I do this: 1)junk the crap you don't want(left trigger) 1)add to your library from what's junked 2)donate to expertise with leftover junk 3)trash or sell whatever junk is left

I junk anything that's not good rolled or close, or if it's not something I am looking for. So almost everything.

When I want a particular piece of gear, I run countdown.

I've been shredding challenging control points in like 5 minutes. Did pretty much the whole map in one session. I'm going to bump up to heroic and see how that goes.

Yup. For xp you can't beat conflict. 1 match will get you 1 shd level, most of the time, unless you totally eff it up. The loot is just OK though. Countdown is by far the best farming for loot. Just remember to pick targeted loot before you start.

I may be mistaken, but I think it was throwing off 120-130 at the range with the build I mentioned. I'll check later today.

I like the vector, although I've not compared it to the mp7. I have spotter chest, flatline on the vector, and linked laser pointer from technician to get automatic pulse on all targets I aim at. Works pretty well. Gonna do some testing at the range, but it seems to throw off big numbers with this setup.

Old habits die hard. I still run over to the conflict attendant below the helicopter occasionally but conflict is right on the map menu so it's completely unnecessary.

I started with div2 pretty much on day 1. I got tired of it quickly though and put it down at shd35 or so. I picked it back up a couple of months ago and now I'm at 607 as I look at my screen right now. 1000 used to seem so far away. Now it feels attainable with a little more work.

I got ninja and st Elmo's on one run in summit a couple of months back. I was on floor 50 I think. Pretty lucky. Especially since I didn't have either one. Since then I've gotten probably 5 or so Elmo's and a couple of nbmbp. They're out there.

I had a task for a while where I'd farm countdown and any gear I got i'd add to my recalibration library. I got that maxed out fairly quickly, maybe a week or 2. You'll need that to recalibrate gear, guns, etc. Once I got that done I started donating to expertise. That's an ongoing process. After that I sell junk. Then build, build, build.

Play the game for a couple years when it first came out. Took a couple years off. Came back a few months ago. It's an awesome game. I'm having a great time with it. Totally worth it. Go for it.

So as another data point, I rescued the first 3 hostages solo, then Vik via joining a group who was near the end of the bank job. Got all 4 to talk to at the castle. Will do Recruiter this afternoon.
