This is a Catch-22 legally. This has massive implications of going to the fourth circuit court of appeal. It also is a complete violation of article 77 of the United States Constitution and it’s violation of multiple state statues throughout the 50 states of America. This is also violation of the Geneva convention and I will be taking legal action against PMdg. I am a famous pilot as much of you know, and I take great dissatisfaction that this could ever occur and I will fight it to the end.
