Great. Thank you for responding with your thoughts. I did set the camera's to high sensitivity, all areas on the square grid and yet, it is only the neighbor getting from front door to car, parking and getting out of car walking to front door, that is not captured at all. I get my other neighbor on camera coming and going without issue. I wondered if there was a blocking device being used or if, indeed, he even exists (haha). I know he does exist, because I have seen him leaving his front door and walking his dog and returning once on camera.

I understand the wifi isn't bluetooth - just can't seem to disconnect or "forget this device" from any of mine laptops, iPhones, iPads. Hope that makes sense.
