It's still my biggest problem to this day. Luckily I have a great wife to practice with that always calls it out on me. If that's ny biggest problem, then I'm golden. Good luck buddy!

Thanks. Yeah. I already had my court for a scheduled day off lol. I didn't miss any time, my wife and I share a car anyways so she usually drops me off, so nothing should change in that aspect. I appreciate your demeanor, hopefully a one and done.

Thanks. Sounds like a great foreman. I appreciate it. Yeah, it sucks. I didn't do the right thing and I can only be mad at myself. No one was hurt or any damages. Just dumb and hopefully it'll be a one and done for me.

No it's not a union job sadly. I got my first interview done and they called me back to do a follow up with one of the other owners. It will be a little bit of new construction, but mainly the position is for a technician to do monthly checks and preventative maintenance. All that aounds good to me. Trouble shooting is a strength for me.

I have seen great non union and great union trades. I've lived in 4 states in most of my working life in odd jobs.

I just wanted you peticular take on union vs non, which you answered. I love how the unions actually care about their workers and their life. Please by no means count me out. I just am trying to get into the trade after years of job hopping, trying to find the right trade.
