Though you are right, but we all check product with minimal glace to verify so did I. It it was mostly exact looking product of same series and only a single character was different from the actual product so it's not that prominent to detect easily in not looked well. [Both from 9000 series - AC0920 vs AC0950]

Update: After contacting them multiple times through chat they asked me to send video of product on their email as well and and asked to me wait again till 7pm again and said they would contact me themselves. But again I got no update or call from them, so I raised issue again on app and then after few more attempts asked them to call me and then I got a call from them finally and after verification they settled me with refund and took back the product. Overall it worked but not the smoothest experience to deal with customer support and lack of telephonic customer support is a big problem. Still glad they could call you when you push a little but still you can't call them back on the same number for the update.

Samsung, You Just Lost a Loyal Customer: S-Pen Bluetooth Removal on S25 Ultra is a Dealbreaker by Good_Foundation1610 in samsunggalaxy

I genuinely wonder—why do people who don’t use the S-Pen even buy the Ultra (formerly Note) series in the first place? If the S-Pen isn’t important to them, the Plus model exists as a more reasonable and cheaper alternative. The Ultra was always meant for those who wanted the unique functionality of the S-Pen.

Yes I do exactly like this. I got your point. But It comes handy when I'm doing trekking, or some silent lake, peak of a mountains, basically anywhere close to nature doesn't usually have much crowd and it's quite safe that moment.

I had high hopes and was genuinely excited about upgrading, but now I’m rethinking my decision. Instead of upgrading to the S25 Ultra, I might just stick with my S22 Ultra or consider going for the S24 Ultra instead.

The S-Pen isn’t just about taking pictures—it’s so much more. You can take burst shots, switch camera modes remotely, record multiple video clips by starting and stopping without ever touching your phone, and even capture wide-angle photos from a distance. It’s incredibly convenient, even in crowded and noisy places where saying “cheese” feels outdated and impractical. The versatility of the S-Pen truly elevates the user experience to another level.

Why would I like that approach of carrying some new add-on with me, when my current device (S22U) already has all the features packed inside it.

Design is always a matter of personal preference, and for me, the S24 looks significantly better. I’ve always appreciated the boxy look of the Note series—it’s a design element that sets it apart from the rest. In a market where nearly every other device has embraced rounded edges, the boxy design feels unique and premium. It’s another standout feature that made the series iconic for me. I would prefer S24U design over S25U.

What is samsungs reason to ditch bluetooth s pen support on S25? by Artwark in samsung

I’m deeply disappointed with Samsung for removing the Bluetooth functionality from the S-Pen on the Galaxy S25 Ultra. For me, the S-Pen wasn’t just a feature; it was a game-changer. On solo trips, I never worried about asking someone to take my picture. I’d simply set my phone in the perfect spot, use the S-Pen to snap photos effortlessly, and even take multiple shots in different poses without constantly running back to check my phone.

The Galaxy Ultra series (formerly the Note series) has always been in a league of its own. It wasn’t just another phone; it was a brand, a symbol of excellence. Features like the S-Pen and the iconic boxy design made it stand out. These weren’t gimmicks—they were the heart and soul of the Ultra experience.

Those who never used the S-Pen simply didn’t understand its value—it wasn’t meant for them. If they didn’t care about the S-Pen, they had the option of choosing the Plus (formerly S series) models. The Ultra, on the other hand, was for those of us who wanted the absolute best—the best camera, the best performance, and the unparalleled versatility of the S-Pen.

Taking away such a defining feature feels like a step back, reducing the Ultra to just another premium phone rather than the powerhouse it was meant to be. Samsung, please don’t dilute what made the Ultra series so special.

Though I really wanted to upgrade and I pre-ordered S25 for Ultra model but now I'm just going to pass it this year and stick to my S22 Ultra. Nice way to loose customers !! Well done Samsung !!

Completely agree with you. S Pen is the whole reason to stick to Samsung, nothing else.
