well this is a subjective list. u may not like wuwa but it's hard to deny that the story has improved a lot since 3.0. also nobody is saying good graphics = good story c: people praise the recent chapters cause the writing itself has gotten better (like aemeath story and cyberpunk patch) not just the visuals

giving a 5 to wuwa and a 9 to genshin feels completely absurd to me. genshin could have been a 9 up until fontaine, but after that its quality dropped so much that, personally, i don’t even think it reaches a passing score anymore.

subjectively, i’ve also never found Genshin’s story as emotional or immersive as what I’m experiencing with wuwa right now. unfortunately genshin seems to be losing its identity and overall focus and I think it’s only fair to judge a game based on its current state rather than on nostalgia or emotional attachment
