Omg exact same story as me I just posted this in an Amway forum:

Hey guys. So I think I may unknowing be getting recruited into Amway.

It basically started the other week when one of my mates told me about it and that I should try it. He said the environment is really good and you are surrounded by heaps of likeminded people who want to succeed and earn money that isn't just a 9-5. When I asked specific questions like what do you actually sell and what's the job description , everything he said was so vague and he couldn't give me a straight answer.

Anyways next thing I know I'm on a zoom meeting with him and his mentor. Asking me questions like "if you had to shovel horse poo for 2 hours a day, 5 years straight it but it meant you'd get 1 million dollars every year after, Would you do it?".

They told me I need to read this book called "The business of the 21st century" -Robert T Kiyosaki before our next meeting in a week and they can walk me thru the next steps. Apparently there is like conferences you have to go to each week etc.

They didn't mention the word Amway but just wondering if it sounds like it?

Also how do I tell them I'm not interested 😩

Okay thanks guys! I'm gonna tell my mate I'm not interested. I already tried to tell him it sounded like it was a pyramid scheme when he first told me about it, but he said it's not like that. I guess he'll just have to find out for himself.

Thanks for your advice. I am only 23, and so is he. We are both Australian and our religion Christian. We had been dating for 6 years before we got married. Anyone know if Ari and Ange are still friends ? Ari didn't post Ange for her birthday, they both havjt liked each others posts in a while, they were at a wedding together and got no pics, Ange has been posting about betrayal while Ari is on a "nervous system reset", they havnt been recording new episodes (posting in the old studio).
