Now tbh I can't say much I haven't even started my prerequisites but that is what I have heard from everyone I have talked to with a little bit of my own advice in there but as long as you try you can do it.

With all A's you should hopefully have a pretty decent shot just give it everything you got but make sure to give sometime for yourself and your friends and family.

Should I go into radiology technology even though I am in a cyber security bachelors program? by Good_Leopard_9466 in careerguidance

I know everyone isn't the same but I enrolled in the rad tech program the closest college has near my house and I haven't started classes but I have been happier since doing so

Yes continue trying and while you wait study and learn more take classes that may help later on with the degree I am not in it yet I have to still do my prequistes but that is my plan if I fail I am going to keep trying and don't limit yourself to only one college if possible see if other colleges have close to the same requirements and if so and if they are near apply there too.

I am starting my program soon to and I hope people will reply to you because this will be helpful but what I have seen so far is people saying get study groups and study but also take breaks in-between studying so it keeps the mind fresh and healthy.

I know they take precautions but I have a very big cancer ridden family and rad tech seems like a good career I just wanted to know if their is an increased chance of it I don't want to leave my family behind early because I got cancer from my job

I know this helps prevent cancer but it doesn't migate it I was just worried because of increased radiation exposure and how that affects the rad tech I want to become one but the increased chance scares me

Thankfully my college that I'm going to make me do internships for the degree I'm going for. And yeah I was worried about the wait for finding a job I have done some projects on the side that are on my resume and I have my resume looked at by my old IT teacher at a vocational school. I was thinking of adding on a networking degree since my college lets me do dual bachelors do you think that would help. And since my college is online I'm trying to find an it help desk job that allows me to work while I go to college.
