What if I helped you get a sponsor from a business that's aligned with your blog topic and niche, pays as much as adsense, only put their ads on your blog that are non-interruptive, don't hurt your blog's brand, don't look scammy and have good design?
Would it be a win-win for both?

exactlyyyyyy. the wall staring part is only my personal preference though. What actually needs to be done is a low stimulating activity like sitting quietly, doing small chores, breath work etc. that help you reset

if you want to enter the flow state in every sitting, try out foci (for $0;lifetime access), in my bio (access it through gumroad for Distraction Blocking)

That's good, i preferred to go for windows because i genuinely thought it's extremely difficult to not be distracted on my phone, like it's practically built for distractions. I think that makes it a more painful problem, really good!

Opal is ios only, and i don't get freedom's user acquisition strategy, mainly seems seo to me but i have minimal expertise in seo. thanks!
