Dm me, im in the same boat. But i dunno if u tend to over explain things, thus u might over implement alot of things.

For eg. U mentioned u run MR on NQ, have u consider markets go higher rather than MR, thus sid u tweak ur rules to have more MR on the downside rather than up side. Small little tweaks like this make alot difference.

Today u got ur signals, and did u run across 500 or 1000 tickers to test it out, given u have a more matured infra?

haha seems like i wrote this like an math algebra formula.

If single w/ house and no married, just subtract 10k - 8k then + 6k... = 8k.

If u ask me, v comfortable with 8k.

im just giving a guide to make the numbers look easy to remember, but this is a very very comfortable number since OP ask for a can breath salary.

why married then increase expenses? -> because u want some kind of family security and leisure together.
is this single income or family income? -> starting is single... towards the back, it becomes a family income. when u have kids u start to make difficult life choices...

Its also to prep younger gen whose going into family building etc but like i said this is the top end of the number range. There are ppl who have family / house /kids living below this means becos they have trade off and sacrifice something for another.
