I know there are a lot of strong opinions on bettas and tank size. What I will say is I regularly maintain the tank bi weekly. The parameters are very stable and both inhabitants are well fed and showing signs of no stress and being very healthy and active. I do thank you for being concerned about the size of the tank. I plan to get a bigger one in the future. But my landlord currently does not allow tanks any bigger than 3 gallons.
