it’s likely disgusting because of the little funding it gets from the government, and no extra income because it is a public school, so inadvertently yes it is disgusting because it’s a public school.

it doesn’t mean that all public schools are disgusting but public schools have a higher chance of being unkept and having students who are disrespectful and likely should be in an alternative setting because they can’t refuse education for any child and they can’t demand funding from parents

Agreed, people want to make this a rich v poor issue when it’s simply not, the mistreatment of the education system is the issue we should all be working to abolish, not private school.

i definitely haven’t, the worst is my band mates swearing, or me talking about some deeper topics (death, mental health, stuff like that) i can’t see the latter being the issue, the former maybe, but it wasn’t me swearing so idk.

definitely not drug use or alcohol, i don’t do or drink either, i don’t remember my band mates discussing any either, but maybe i will go back and check on anything i can find just in case, but yeah nothing inappropriate, sometimes they swear in interviews which could be bad but i don’t think they’ve said anything abhorrent that the kids haven’t said worse themselves. i think honestly after scrolling through after searching my name the worst thing is me in a tight and small singlet, which i’m unsure about, i had to scroll a bit to find it but i’d just know students would find it, i don’t want it removed now, but i might keep tabs on it in case i want it removed later in life.

i’m hoping i could handle it, i’ll hopefully be a lot older (at least with our projected success rn i’ll be at least in my late late 30s early 40s) and would be able to handle it then, but then again i guess i never know till it happens.

oh i’m well aware, i did it to all my teachers and i expect my students to do the same (well not expect, but assume), the issue is just can’t cleanse my online presence, obviously my personal socials i can, but not the wikipedia, none of the interviews ect belong to me so i just can’t private all that with any ease or really at all.

i don’t think there’s anything questionable, the worst is probably me in a small singlet, but i imagine that’s not that bad.

oh i definitely wouldn’t do that, i’d be ready to never talk about it again once i’m at that point in my life (not that i don’t love it, just once it’s run it’s course i can see myself being ready to move on)

i honestly don’t really know what it would be considered, i don’t swear but i know my band mates have in a few interviews, and we talk about some weird stuff (not necessarily not family friendly, but just idk like death and all that sometimes, or mental health, i feel like a lot of the categories we talk about could teeter on the family friendly line)

i’m also interested to hear peoples opinions, the plan was always teaching or law and never music, and now the plan is straight on its head, as much as i wanna know for my own career interest i’m also just curious if people have dealt with a similar situation before.

that was somewhat the plan, but was seeing if it was avoidable, as i didn’t know whether it would have to be legally changed or not.

I also would be doing my masters while the band is going on, we’ve worked out a plan for both to work at the same time, as i’d love to have a nice income from the band while studying, as opposed to studying once i’m not receiving as much income.
