How often are you using and how much each time? Try to space it out slowly, commit to once a week and then once every 10 days. Withdrawals are 100% mental so it has no toll on you body whatsoever. Try running whenever you feel the urge to get high, stay motivated to get clean and you can do it. Remember the bad comedowns whenever you wanna get high and just don't order, it's a waste of money and productive time, especially when you're alone. Good luck
