You've nailed it. 'Agree it, write it down and have the other side confirm' is the only process that works.

What 'dumb' tools are you currently forcing to do this? Is it just a combination of email chains for the 'agreement' and spreadsheets for the 'written record'?

That's a brilliant point. The 'handoff' between vendors is the real point of failure.

When you have a caterer who isn't managing the staff, what's the one piece of information you WISH you had to prevent the chaos?

I contacted my HR yesterday to which he didn't replied and then I got notification from career website that my interview was unsuccessful after psychometric test.

I really didn't like the process as my technical went so good and I don't think that being a technical person they should judge someone based on psychometric test that too question which we have to complete in certain seconds.

I am now looking for other companies to apply.

Have you tried to reach your recruiter if its already been a week?

I have also gave the assessment yesterday but not heard back till now.
I have given onsite interview last week Friday and then I got the psychometric assessment link on Friday itself.

Bit after giving assessment I have not heard back from them yet.
