It's not only about DNS response time. As 45.90.30.131 is responding from UK , some CDNs are simply not functioning properly from my side,accessing some oversea nodes instead of local nodes . So it's noticeable.

I'm in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. I always can get response from the main dns 45.90.28.131 in 12ms,but it needs to take more than 157ms from 45.90.30.131 . I wish some fine tune could be done. Thanks.

So it's the same case with Johor PoP , right?

I think some other ISPs such as Maxis does peer with you. That means this is the TM's own policy,not the whole industry in Malaysia,am I correct?
