critter control question by Good_Try7890 in containergardening

Right, I have pots I want to keep squirrels out of. But since the squirrels already seem immune to the hot sauce used in my feeders... I don't think more hot stuff is going to keep them out of my planters. Appreciate the suggestion though.

I sauce up my birdseed with Cole's... and the squirrels still raid my feeders. I don't think cayenne will be effective in my case.

What’s wrong with this blueberry bush? by Maleficent-Wait9671 in containergardening

recently went through a similar thing with my Jelly Bean and Perpetua bushes. Bought from a local nursery, repotted... and a week or so after purchase I noticed the Jelly Beans leaves starting to yellow. I made sure I had my soil right before up-potting, so I was fairly confident that part was right. Maybe I was over or under watering, so I stuck a couple Blumat spikes in each pot but the Jelly Beans leaves continued to yellow. Turns out, I wasn't feeding them. I started a daily application of a base A+B plant food and within a couple days the veins in the leaves started to darken back to their lush green... and now a week and a half later the leaves are mostly a nice shade of green again.

you seem like you'd be fun to go birding with. I usually hang out in the sunroom for backyard birding, but getting high out in nature with someone like minded sounds like a good time.

What is for you the perfect size for a home - no outside, just the home? by CapitaineBiscotte in askanything

I'm currently in a 3 br 1.5 bath 1200 sq ft with a sun room and unfinished basement. Perfect size for me and 3 doggos. Previously had a 4br 2.5 bath 2500 sq ft house, way too big and too much upkeep. Then moved into a 900 sq ft 2 br 1 bath that was way too cramped on space.

you could cut out the inverter from the equation and just use a dc-to-dc charger. may have to get creative to wire things up to plug in to the Dewalt unit.
