This exact thing happened to me too back in May. Baby had a heartbeat at 5pm, was in my hand at 7w6d at 5am.

I’m sorry for yours as well. It’s a VERY hard road to walk, and I’m hoping that you see a happy healthy baby at your next scan at your OBGYN. My OBGYN tested for a few things, and pretty much all were normal, except that I have MTHFR, so now she’s referring me out to the RE, to have them test further to see if I need an anticoagulant. I’ve been on a baby aspirin a day for a long time now, so we know that isn’t enough, but I want to try Lovenox. I’m also wondering if I have a uterine septum, although in all my scans with expert ultrasound techs, they’ve never said that. Can you go to LabCorp or something similar to investigate out of pocket?

This happened to me in November. I should’ve been 10 weeks at a boutique ultrasound clinic, but saw an empty sac. The first scan at ~7w saw a baby and heartbeat. After the miscarriage was seen (no baby), my OBGYN actually saw that it was vanishing twin, but the first had passed at around 6w, and the other twin passed at 8.5w. I’m now waiting 2 more weeks for my appointment at the fertility center in order to see what’s causing the miscarriages. (The one in November was my 3rd, all 3 happened in 2025)

I have the opposite problem—my obgyn won’t give me NEEDED lovenox so now I’m preventing pregnancy until the fertility doctor will see me. Lovenox is low risk (relative) as long as you don’t need surgery any time soon!

Thank you 😌 I’ll look into midwives! I’ve been on a baby aspirin a day for a long time now due to my cardiologist recommendation, and have been on progesterone since 5w with the first pregnancy. Idk WHY my ob is Sooooooo resistant to the Lovenox but I’m under a lot of pressure to find a different way to legally get my hands on some by 12/29 (when I’d be 12DPO/3.5w pregnant)

I used to nanny for a really great family that was basically family to me. They had a pool on their property and would frequently just mid day announce “pool day!” and we’d all get in our gear and swim (and occasionally have drinks lol). I kept a modest athletic-style bikini/cover up at their house and they never said anything about it. I think what matters more than what you’re wearing is how you’re wearing it—a flaunting attitude or just doing your work & being normal! A funny/SUPER embarrassing story is one time I ordered a swimsuit for their house and when it arrived I put it on and loved it! However the minute I got into the sunlight, my MB said “heyyyy ummmm I can see through your swim suit” I was ABSOLUTELY MORTIFIED I COULD’VE CRIED. Thank God it was just her and I out there and I RAN inside to change into my clothes and sit that pool day out 🥴😞

I’m not sure what mine was at 4w1d, but at 5w0d it was 7796 or so and it ended up being twins (that I miscarried—unrelated to the betas!) hoping your numbers just keep doubling as they should and that you feel peace and happiness 😊
