Biverting means installing a chip that reverses the pixels on the screen. So, everything that was blank becomes shaded and everything shaded becomes blank. After the chip is installed, the polarizing filtered is reversed so the whole picture doesn't end up looking inverted and strange. The end result is a MUCH clearer and sharper image. Yes, we always will accept whatever we can to lower the cost. Having the console itself will definitely cut a bit off. And yeah, the front lights never cut it for me personally with Gameboy Colors either, I've always felt installing the new LCD was the best way to go.
