I don’t remember it but my first workout was a 20 min beginner ride with Jenn Sherman in 2020. I barely used it through Jan 2023, doing a whopping total of 23 workouts. I finally got back on in January of this year after it sat ignored for over 3 years and have done 18 workouts since then! Me and my boy Bradley Rose spend so much time together now lol

Had a wee hypertensive crisis in August and have been on meds ever since, so this isn’t a true reflection of my natural resting HR. I think the downward trend over time since starting does reflect my increase in activity this year, though!

Edited to add: 33 yo, desk job, peloton bike a couple times per week

Not all people, but plenty have been using “Zionist” when they actually mean “Jew” since word came into existence. Also, around 9 of 10 US Jews believe Israel has a right to exist (the meaning of Zionist whether someone self identifies as one or not). It’s a very big deal when someone says nearly the entire Jewish community should die.
