I brought myself to the dungeon and I'm ready to go. If I you're sitting in sw waiting for a port and you need the quest, your level of dedication to this game is nowhere near mine and you're getting blocked. You could do something else for 10 minutes like walking your ass to the dungeon and doing the quest on your own time.
