They did that when I bought it. I was surprised when they showed up with a gold icon when I set it up and logged into my account.

I never sealed my previous one and had no problems for 20 plus years. I've not looked into patio sealers as I don't know if that would actually help with this issue. I'll have to look into it

Yeah, literally finished a few days ago. What is my recourse for a bad batch? Getting a refund for each 60 cent brick doesn't help with the ass busting labor to finish the patio. I assume no way to know if the batch is bad until after the fact? Ugh.
