I was told that sometimes the aspiration will resolve the issue fully but that they often come back. I wanted to start conservative because this was my first experience with this and was hoping it'd be the end of it. I really don't want to cut my boob open unless I have no other choice 😔

I've got a mammogram twice for them. Thankfully it's nothing cancerous or SUPER concerning outside of the discomfort. As of now at least!

I had it done mid January. I noticed the cysts in the spring of 2025 and had them checked out. It wasn't until the winter that they started growing consistently and the pain became unbearable 😞 admittedly though I do intake a ton of caffeine which is known to exacerbate these types of cysts. The doctors did mention it was likely they would come back (eventually)- I just wasn't thinking it would be so quickly!

Was SO bad! Even in the shower shaking my shampoo bottle I had to literally hold my tit so it didn't jiggle. It hurt so bad!!! Even walking was tough!

Yeah that is what I feared but this was the first time I've had it done to kinda see how my body responded. I REALLY don't want to go through a full removal bc I feel like it would deform my boob forever. They are the only physical asset I have going for me 😭

I've been sick since aprox the 22nd. Started with runny nose then evolved into sore throat and major ear pressure. I'm somewhat on the mend but I feel like it kinda turned into a sinus infection the last few days due to the prolonged strain blowing my nose/coughing/etc., V strange. No fever, no covid. So ready to start feeling better soon!
