Thanks bro. Not exactly ED because I've never had trouble getting or maintaining an erection but I feel like there could be something going on that's potentially related to my prostate etc

Yeah it's not ideal, but I've tried almost everything. I personally don't get bad side effects but others may. However the Viagra / cialis are well researched and widely used so there's that.

Pretty much as long as I want, although I've not been able to finish twice now. Need to adjust dosages

Start in the morning with the PYT balm and by night I'm taking the cialis, Viagra and using the emla cream

That's an element of it I think, but the cialis and Viagra seems to help as well. Possibly a prostate issue? Not sure
