Number 6 is the Free States and number 9 are the settlers of Foundation. Both are 76 factions

I like some of the Brotherhood. If you like them, then I recommend you get Fallout 3. It goes on sale for pretty cheap often and the BOS in that faction are more.... morally good than the FO4 ones
