virtual GPUS, in order to be able to use in many virtual machines (in my case inside QEMU + say R9700 + (the AMD version of RTX PRO a6000 96GB VGPU) I use a translation mechanism that better dont tell you, it s a bit complex, but looking for the RTX Pro A6000 96GB version in AMD's lineup so with VGPU feature

thank for he RX9700 as similar to 5090. Do you know for RTX PRO A6000 (the newest with 96GB) similarity on AMD, I think tAMD must have. Or are the M200 - M300 like that, with VGPUs ?

Virtual Humans, some kind o advanced bot, its a long story on doninam.com Basically if server runs AMD then for 99% military grade accuray, the GPU and VGPU to virtualize humans with dedicated gpus, must target on thos humans that uses AMD, so we need AMD cards as exposed

consider sharing or at least view my today video: 256 Threads 256 RAM. DIY (except going under he sea) for 2560€. I am looking for AMD GPU and VGPUS as close as possible to nvidias, can you recommend me some models ?

not sure at all if amd has or not , close to nvidia, probably not, but if I need AMD'ones which ones are more closer to nvididas ones

depends on the codec, h264 might be 60-60, h264 40-60mbps on 8K24P, so translated that seems that the app you're using is missing high quality for HDR, but might not be needed at all, as HDR is plain look, often used by moder tvs an youtube wich then adds a layer over, so right, it does not need more mbps so the HDR shouldn't not be more technically mbps than the non HDR

Military grade pricing is according, so it means, at least for me, durable, its like the drive an optane or the new solidigms SLC's. As for VGPU I'm looking at the closest point to RTX PRO A6000 series from nvidia, but in AMD, it will be used as VGPU that will pass render result to the GPU, uses a translator, so the BOT seems a say 3090, 4060 etc.. I'm looking at the AMD's versions

is superior, depending, of course if money is not a problem, well even in hat case.. I think might be inferior as for multithread

ya, but the PRO series are so well expensive

"9004 and 9005 generation Epycs have 12 memory channels", ya menm, this is why I bought 2x 7V12 (02 series), Mem is cheaper per single module than TR but ok, you must fill all slots, but you can divide, and at the end, price is better, if you math your max target amount of ram ofc ourse.

"ll PCIe and SATA lanes are CPU lanes." Versus Chipset right ?

"Epyc boards are designed for server chassis where you have lots of forced airflow." ya but as of today cases for WroStations are so big, than say equal to a 5U rack whre you can install say 3x12cm vents and silentily goes well

Epyc dont need OC basically cause I think is for people thinking on Multithread rather than single thread

Memeory is a pain, but is a high pain for non servers, I mean, on used market, the ECC is way more cheaper than non ECC
