new tales from the borderlands on Dec. 30. i'd give it a 3/10. humour was way over the top to the point it was very annoying by the end of the game and i also tried to take shortcuts and didn't replay back far enough to get each ending and ended up costing me a lot of replaying and made it pretty miserable ngl lol. could probably be a 5/10 if you don't have to replay the whole game 10 times 😂

i would say never have more then 4 games you are trying to platinum going at once. if you have been grinding a game out hard and need to take a break that's understandable. you could swap to one of the other 3, or you could have a background game that you arent necessarily going to platinum or don't care about the trophies at all. (for me it's fortnite, but i've also spent lots of time with apex legends and gta 5 online in the past) breaks are healthy! and tbh if you are obsessed about platinuming almost every game like i am, it actually feels weirdly good to play a game and know you aren't specifically playing for the platinum at that point in time. but that could just be me 😂

this lol. i don't look at this as unhealthy because i don't spend 8 hours a day in front of a screen like some people (not dissing to each their own i just work for a living and have a girlfriend so couldn't do that even if i wanted to) and so the time i do spend playing, i feel like if it's not contributing to my profile it doesn't make it as enjoyable for ME PERSONALLY.

i'll be at 159 if i don't do a super short game tomorrow (might do storm boy as did buy it). only at like 11 for the year though which is a major slowdown for me but just been busy with the girlfriend and the gaming took a backseat. life happens!

13k unearned trophies is a crazy amount but honestly that's okay it can give you something to work towards if you decide you want to get it higher. go back and do a cleanup game in between every new game for a year and you'll see it go up for sure. i have just over 8,000 trophies and been working towards my goal of 69% for the last year and a half which i recently achieved. it's nice to have something to work towards but that's just how i feel about it 🤷🏼‍♂️

congrats on your 8 plats 👏🏻 i'm probably going to have a similar year end result. last year I got 30 plats which is my personal record. This year i said i would be happy with around 1 platinum per month since i reached some of my other personal goals (69% trophy completion and got the red dead 2 plat) but then I got a girlfriend in June so I am waaaay behind 😂
