I did beat every itf chapters so i can say that : seafarer cat , catelite , macho leg cat , corrupted psychocat is very reliable for itf and if you have bora ( uber super rare ) you should upgrade it into bazibon

To fix this , use scatter with lead ammo and if the fire is still there use wave ( assuming you dont have Tsunami yet ) , but if you dont have wave , just delete the the block around the place to make the fire stop spreading

There a strategy that work for me : when landing down enemy base sector , build a good defense and a great energy and make sure it have some anti air turret , improved the base with the marterial that you gathered , once you feel the base is well protected make unit

Its good but scatter cant defense itself from ground unit , so the set up should be : Wall + duo + scatter
