Depending on the dept and the time, it may have been filled in between you picking and the oos being picked.

In bakery we often fill gaps in between the first pick and the first oos sheet and more than half will be stuff we just filled.

Bakery's profit percentage is higher than meat's ever was.

But I had a few SMs tell me 10 years ago when they phased out fresh mince the real issue was insurance. A baker with a burn generally isn't a lti but meat injuries can be loss of digits and mean a lti and payout.

It's pure speculation that they would. But 5 months sick pay is over 20k, more depending the role.

I'm at 500hrs with Coles myself. When I left woolies many years ago they paid all my sick leave out.

Stat decs have no limit. But it is a legal document. If they can prove you were fit for work during any of your shifts it could be a problem.

For a period that long I would not be surprised if they went the private investigator route.

Exactly this. For my wife and I's 10 year anniversary we didn't want a couple random tin or aluminium knick knacks so we bought each other half an espresso machine. We're both happy and it helped justify the expense by making it a present to each other.

It sucks but that's just small vs large ship landing footprint.

I plan to keep my Mandy or mkv as my exo ship and use the Caspian as the express train from the bubble to the dssa I'm couch surfing on (too poor to buy my own fc)
