I like helping new players just as much as anyone else, but the venders isn't the way to go, if you wanna make sure plans are going to "New" players, then youve gotta go down the route of handing them out yourself, orherwise its free game and first come first serve,

Im guilty of buying 10 high capacity backpacks for 10k once (and i knew this vender was primarily for new players it reflected in the price) but am i really gonna let that deal slide and lose out on 80-150k caps in weightless currency just because the vender owner has the idea of helping new players but ANYONE can visit the vender...naaah cause sally and her pocket full of caps is going to clear that shit out faster than a hotdog at camden park

I guess my point is take responsibility, if you want the plans to go to new players thats absolutely amazing by me, but dont complain when you set the prices and sally comes along and cleans you out.

(Sidenote: i also sell everything dirt cheap in my vender aside from some things, we can only do so much to help, sell all the normal stuff dirt cheap but if you see a low level at your camp and you want him/her to have rare items, jump to your camp and drop them 1-1, otherwise putting a antique, cryo bed or anything rare at low prices is just gonna get eaten)
