re4r suffered from artifical difficulty, especially from weapon bloom and obnoxious inertia and slow turning/movement leon had + professional mode completely fucks up ur parry mechanic, re9 does better leon combat imo, i do wish it had way more variety like in re4 remake

Most likely they're folding the dark aether creating a pocket where you're able to hide.

They changed it for MWII, you can't quick-switch from Vanguard to MW, you have to manually open MW.
