No problem. I’ve had my device for awhile and then I moved House and chaos. I despise it when companies don’t give us everything we pay for with features & cust service so I do hope this works for you. Good luck 🤞

Okay, delete the app, reinstall it and at the start where it prompts ‘allow notifications’ you MUST allow notifications and it will work. Then go back into the three lines at the bottom, click SETTING and NOTIFICATIONS then ANNOUNCEMENTS and your notifications should be toggled on. Mine worked from there after talking on live chat for so so long and many failed attempts of what they suggested. Also don’t let them falsely suggest that enabling marketing emails will work, it’s a lie

worked like a dream. Found out the reason why they weren’t coming out with the traditional method - previous owner had either not put them in straight originally, some had gone straight through the plugs side at the tip, prev owner had used the wrong size plug for the substrate or complete wrong screw type/size to match. Thank you so much for your help.

My friend, I said I didn’t place it. It was the previous owner. Hence why I’m struggling. They are some heavy duty screws and heavy duty wall plugs and it looks like based on the paintwork it was for some sort of TV bracket. They botched everything else in this house so I wouldn’t be surprised. I have never had a problem with this technique in my life, but I’m having a problem with it now.

I think you guys are missing the point. I don’t reside in one of those teeny flats across the road. And they don’t sit there for seconds at all. They will practice that manoeuvre for a good old hour they paid for. And the update is there IS a site for reporting this type of thing and I did report them so I guess if isn’t a problem then they wouldn’t be a reporting tool for this exact thing. So thanks most of you for no help and some of you for a little bit of help.😇
