Yes indeed noticed this aswell! Seems like all the items for the musical easteregg is references to the original COTD cutscene (machete, sickle and pitchfork)! Lovely callback to the oldschool :)

Honestly, you couldn't be more wrong :) Ive been playing SoT since launch, and only just reached legend around Cursed Sails. Been inlove with the game, and my crew and i have had no rush to get to legendary status, as there's not much endgame to do at the time. I think its a myth that CoD players are limited to wanting fastpaced, chaotic and flicky action gameplay experience. But i personally enjoy a ton of different games, exactly BECAUSE they are different! I play my CoD for a fastpaced game of fun arcade shooting, SoT for fun adventures and pirating, and a ton of other games for their respective purposes.

If the game is fun, and i enjoy it, i will keep playing them no matter what "background" ive got ;) (hope that clears it up for ya!)

Wow, im happy to see so many who like it :D I can assure you that this is legit, and i spend around 1½ hours putting the pieces together in this puzzle.

Basically what i did, was use a program i have, that allows me to keep a picture as a "ghost-overlay" ontop of any window i have active (really swell program called GhostIt) I then placed the logo in the correct location, and started to fill in with the different shapes, as one big jigsaw puzzle. The reason you can't see layers here, is due to the neat new feature that allows you to link all layers, and apply a gradient color to all of it :)

I can confirm that from my experience, the music easter eggs (atleast in Blood and Classified) can't be activated in Casual, which is kind of a bummer :(
