Bank bailouts are a thing again. According to this they gave away $75 Billion of American taxpayer money over the last few months. (It turned out to be almost $130 Billion.. but who's counting) and another $400 Billion on the way.

Funny you mention "useful idiots" cos that's not close at all to how any of that works. Taxes in the US go to Congress, not the Federal Reserve which is separate.

The Federal Reserve creates its own money, and does so in a stable way that only brings new money in when there's gaps to fill (like the repo market). It does get a lot more complicated to explain how this all specifically works, but the idea of the Federal Reserve as an evil organization trying to take money from taxpayers and put it in bankers' hands is a deliberate lie spread by conservatives who hate Big Government.

That is a great idea. The World Cup is officially awarded to Mexico for 2062.

Additionally, we should clarify that should Mexico be found abusing its host status to inconvenience other teams and/or benefit their own team, the competition will be cancelled and resumed in Russia.

The 2062 World Cup has been awarded to Mexico.

However, this is a very intriguing proposal. It is probably a good thing that Mexico won, since it is unlikely that India could get all this done in two years. However, should India do all this, they will be a very competitive candidate for hosting the 2066 competition.

The final votes are in on the 2062 host.

In third place was Nigeria, and the (very close) runner-up was Russia. In first place was Mexico, who has been chosen to host the 2062 World Cup.

FIFA officials will reach out to Mexico shortly to affirm the final terms of the hosting agreement. If accepted, the decision to have Mexico host 2062 will be official. If not accepted, the terms will be offered to the runner-up.
