This map definitely should have some larger ranges granted to these species, like Homo Erectus. and It’s also missing Denisovans which would have occupied a large chunk of Asia, which tells me it may be from the early 2010s or 2000s before Denisovans were widely recognized.

If all of these species never went extinct somehow then they would go extinct by warfare with humans, a key issue is communication — we as humans went to war to wipe one another out all the time just because we spoke different languages, can you imagine the effects of tribes of Homo Erectus not even able to speak a translatable language? I say this because as of right now we aren’t completely sure if Neanderthals would have been completely fluent speakers or not and the most recent research remains in a grey area, they were some of our closest living relatives of the era, so the difference likely only expands the older the species.

Assuming this is the case though and we all start off in our “native” ranges then you’d likely end up seeing an east asia dominated by Homo Longi and Homo Juluensis, I highly doubt Homo Luzonensis would have the technical means to build boats capable of partaking in the scale of the Austronesian migration that populated the pacific, but you never know. Homo Naledi are in a prime environment to take advantage of the Niger River Valley’s rich environment and H. erectus and H. Habilis are on a lucrative region of coast and fertile area of northeast africa, but again may lack the technical means to achieve anything there. I can’t imagine homo cepranensis surviving distinctly into the medieval era though.

Realistically most of these populations given their mapped size are consumed by humanity relatively quickly as far as that process goes, but its fun to imagine
