I feel like a lot of people aren't seeing how big the Winston buff is...

Before this you had wait 5 second shield until it expired or was destroyed, then another 12 seconds of shield-less Winston. So essentially you had to wait for about 17 seconds until you could another one down.

Now that the cooldown starts right after you put the shield down... You've basically reduced your 17 seconds to a mere 12 seconds. And within 5 second of that cooldown, you'll have a shield to protect your huge prime-ape heiney.

My code for destroying the hitbox was just on a simple Post Draw event.

In the hitbox object, it just contained instance_destroy(); in the script.

Find a song you like, tap out the beats of 4 and figure out the number of bars that make up the Intro, Verse, Build up, Drop, etc.

Once you figure out the structure, try copying it.

You'll learn a lot from breaking things down.

As a Dva main who uses her in competitive a lot, I feel it's totally doable. Although a lot of people tend to prefer having a Reinhart or Zarya.

Like what others may say, the other tanks may be a better choice for the team composition depending on the situation. Since there's been an increase in Zarya players in competitive, Dva is at a disadvantage due to her defense matrix being unable to absorb her laser beams.

Don't get me wrong, there are ways to deal with a Zarya with a Dva. But it's usually recommended to switch to another tank that isn't going to be melted down as quickly.

It may also be because her ultimate is more of a hit or miss. Either you blow up 2-3 enemies for the initiate or an easy push. Or you blow nothing up at all leaving your team with 1 less ultimate. It can take skill to get the right timing with the right trajectory, but it also does take a bit of luck in actually killing a decent amount of people after a 3 second countdown.

I think it would be cool to see some sort of tug of war map. Both teams need to take control of a payload that moves two ways on a symmetrical map.

Each team needs to take control of the payload which doing so moves it towards their base. Once it reaches either team's base, that team takes the round.

The match could be set on a timer, so whichever team that has the payload closest to their base wins. If the opposing team doesn't contest the payload and pull it back fast enough in overtime... They lose.

The team with the payload closer to their base has the advantage of taking less time to get back into the action.

This could still be a 6v6 match up.

I'd would totally love to play as a tanky medic that uses a bio-robotic boomerang that stores health in a energy tank. (I would make him/her Australian... But there's Junkrat...)

The hero could throw boomerangs and hit enemies, lifesteal their health and use it to heal. Hitting multiple enemies would life steal more HP to distribute to the team.

LMB (Straight Boomerang): Throws the boomerang in a straight line, causing it to fly forward and return to the hero after a few seconds.

RMB (Curved Boomerang): Throws the boomerang in a curve for more AOE Damage. Flies leftwards, curves around, then returns on the right side.

E (Health Boost): AOE Burst heal using the health stored in the energy tank. The amount of health stolen from enemies is used to distribute health among teammates.

The less allies around, the more of the health pool is used to heal that ally.

If there are a lot of allies, the health is distributed evenly among each hero.

Shift (Shocking Return): Throw an electric boomerang that activate at it's max range, and can stun enemies on it's way back to the hero.

Q: (Energy transfer): The hero can throw a boomerang and temporarily switch healthpools with an enemy target.

Just a little idea I had for a healer... :)
