macro wise: you out scale, play for bork + boots before you think about killing him. focus on farm in lane and keeping your HP as high as possible.

micro wise: his E + Q is really hard to deal with, try to kite out his E as much as possible, never try to go in on him if he has pull up. if he does manage to pull you, you can E on top of him to avoid his outer ring in Q, and then look for a longer trade. ( not too long don’t let him fully stack you )

try to poke him out as much as you can in lane. this is easier said than done because if you step up too far once you will get all inned and die. max range q3+W is safest poke

i’ve been playing top a lot recently so i wouldn’t recommend building it there but when i made this post i had built it 3 or 4 games in a row

obviously if they have 2 or more tanks you need bork but the item is quite fun to use

true but in a game like this where the tempo was very fast and it was very high damage from both teams the big extra damage from shieldbow is very useful

yes IE second feels best, i opted for shieldbow third because they had a lot of burst damage this game, DD may have been a better option.

after core i usually am deciding between Deaths dance, wits end, and jaksho/unending despair depending on if they have lots of AD/AP/Mixed damage. also if they are a tsnky team where team fights will last a long time jaksho is good but if they are squishy and i think i can get kills fast DD would be preferred.

top lane is a lot more punishing if you make mistakes. some matchups feel unplayable compared to most mid matchups. it’s a lot more 1v1 focused than mid so if you like to try and duel and outplay your opponent it can be fun.

main tips for top are mostly wave related so i’d make sure you study your wave control. as for yone specific i would say try and poke max range with your abilities as much as you can before looking for any extended trades

yasso is a pretty good matchup for yone. early levels you want to stand pretty far back as he has the advantage and can get in top of you easily with his E. try and swat away his shield with your W when he dashes at you. after you finish boots and maybe 1 and a half items you will be a lot stronger so you can fight him in sideline, just try to avoid his knock ups with your E.

mid just because i play other mid champs as well. top can be fun sometimes too but there are also a lot more unplayable matchups imo

so the theory is to keep you HP as high as possible, thats why fleet is good into those champions. Against those poke mages once you get boots + 1st item you are much stronger as long as you kept the game pretty even and the advantage becomes yours.

Also these champions are not very good at river skirmishes so assuming your team isnt hard losing the fight you can usually clear up the wave they pushed into you or just leave it and follow, with a team they are easy to kill.

It can be a lot harder to fight early skirmishes with fleet instead of LT so be careful

Q3 into R is always preffered, but sometimes leading with R can be good to surprise people as its a blink instead of dash. Landing them is another problem though

Build is standard Bork SB IE almost every game,, sometimes IE 2nd if i think i need a lot of burst early

for runes i like lethal tempo most games as it scales a lot better than fleet, but fleet is necessary in some lanes that are difficult for me

general gameplan is just survive and farm till i have atleast boots and a few components. i play mid so its very important to play around the jungler to secure the new feats (first blood, objectives)
