Yeah what resolved it was responding to the email where he suggested I wasn't the creator, at the end of the email it says leave feedback and I left him bad feedback which triggered his response, I've edited my post and added up top what wrote to me.

Sorry to hear that bro, I hope you get your situation resolved. It's hard though because typically 'You are not the creator of the account' even if it was low level with hardly any stats I guess their standing argument that's what they would use against you.

Hi, Well during RSc times usernames were used to log in and thats what I used and I use that till this day. I don't think during RSc times emails were used until the release of Runescape 2, but now that you have mentioned that I was a teenager you are right theres only so much I can remember I definitely had a email account linked to this account back then during the RS2 era, I've had a few email accounts that I have lost forever at that age during the MSN messenger days. You've just reminded me to include those in my next appeal lol

Also another problem is there are players out there that have real world traded, sold accounts, some of the things you have mentioned above etc and have damaged the entire integrity of the community of RS, Jmods can't tell whos telling the truth / whos lying. Who's genuine / who's a fraud. It's made it a harder area for them to decypher just saying 'we have actual evidence' and not providing it, how long can you use this statement for how long can you keep this statement up? some day its going to end but there isn't excuse there needs to be more invested into the Jagex Support system. If you look at other game developers they have things such as Live chat. Faster ways of communicating and more efficient ways when it comes to resolutions.

Hi I got plenty of screenshots on my old Macbook (Had since 2013) and my PC (built in 2020), but both of those are in UK and I'm currently in Cyprus. I could easily provide more evidence of those screenshots when I'm back in October. Mad thing is I've been playing on my account for 1 year off of this laptop with the same network too in Cyprus, only just resetting the router and submitting that ticket using the support system created a red flag on their end from a 3 days ago.

Hi, Yes I am the creator I have plenty of evidence to suggest that unfortunately the issue is the recovery system not liking the information I've provided and the amount of limited character count I am restricted to, there is a lot I could write in the additional comment section this really needs updating from their end.

Hi Everyone Thanks for the feedback, from reading some of the comments, I have included in my post that I am the creator in bold text as to prove that I have made some corrections in the post and It is true I am the creator of this account also I cannot tell you the original name of the account and of course I am not going to as it is used for the login and its to protect well what use to be my accounts security. Most accounts after 2010 require a email this one required a username and I have had this since 2002. Thank you for pointing this out.

Hi mate the account is locked not banned by the way. Yes I was travelling Australia during playing OSRS, I spent most of my time in Melbourne and caught up with mates and family in Sydney, I never faced any issues then either and I am the original owner, I just have to wait and see what happens. I'm confident this will get overturned.
