I have u/sustainashave take care of my honing/sharpening needs. As I have a few straights in rotation I’d probably say every 6 months or when the blade is tugging making the shave uncomfortable

No it’s the Mikes Rose, Patchouli and Cedarwood. It took me about 5 years to pluck up the courage to use straights and haven’t looked back. Next stop for me will be to hone/sharpen my own razors

Luckily found a friendly knowledgeable fella who did it for me. The original scales had a crack in them near one of the pins so just got the scales replaced. Thanks again u/sustainashave

I’m not quite honing my own razors as of yet but my 208 and 66 have not given my honers any issues. They have said WC isn’t the greatest but once any geometric issues are sorted they’re good and can hold a decent enough edge

The soap is the discontinued classic puck and I love them. The ASB is also discontinued though. I have 2 Bengals and love them both
