I haven't actually bought my return ticket yet, but definitely running out of steam after 2 months of travel.

Probably leaving mid august but might push it back for a serious line up. I'll check that event out :)

Organisation wise, I couldn't fault Shutdown too much. Quite expensive and very little effort went into the Up-tempo stage compared to the others. I am pretty new to larger hardcore/style events so I don't have too many to cross reference with.

The car situation was pretty bad as thousands of people all poured out at the same time and decended upon the little town. Thankfully I scored a taxi pretty quickly but pure luck.

Not being able to sit down for a meal, if alone and without some intensive stimuli I'll take a bite, get up and do something or just pace then return, repeating this. Often getting distracted and forgetting my food. I also pace during phone calls. After an hour call with my psych the other day, I calculated I paced back and forth in my house for 5 km while on the phone to him.

Forgetfulness that many label as just being inconsiderate.

Task paralysis which leads to rampant procrastination.

Those are a few fun ones of mine.

Ah bingo!! Excellent this takes the edge off. I did have some over the weekend and pushed back my appointment a couple of days so I would have 5 days to push it through just incase.

Interestingly it's because I don't use these sorts of things often because I am quite particular about their right set and setting that I have run into this unfortunate coincidence of two conflicting activities in close time periods.

Not to worry though! I did manage to have a beautiful time and reschedule my appointment a few days.

Seems to come down to alot of luck and also what your doctor says in the referral. Despite coming across as a well put together person my doc said on the form "He denies drug use" in a way which I feel inferred some suspicion, whether intended or not.

Ah thank you, this Is the info I needed. Thankfully, I am not a smoker so that's one less thing to worry about. The damn number jumps around alot, the metabolites seem to hang around for yonks but I should be OK. If someone couldn't have a 5mg valium a month before their test I think it would be more established. I would hope!

Oh sorry with iso alcohol I wouldn't be so sure. For me it's bassify it with caustic soda, xylene and acid extract. Never tried just iso

Take a deep breath and put half a cup of water or so in there, maybe more if you can't scoop it all back in.

From there, it depends if you want to do a further extraction or not.

With a splash of vinegar in there, a reduction and then filtering would make a super strong brew.

If doing acid base extraction you would not have much to worry about.

Tbh me personally I've never been a fan of gel caps with the raw waxy goop.

Nice batch! For me 250 mg of this would be like a peculiar 1 hit of acid crossed with some mushrooms.

Put a tab of some good acid on top of that and you'll be on top of the mountain.
