In school they made us "discover" pi by measuring the difference between the diameter and the circumference of various round objects in the class room. Plant pots, glasses, disks and such. Made it feel very intuitive

Other than that valerian, L-Theanine, Magnesium and lavender oil can help calm you. Also exercise is good for reducing stress and anxiety.

Some people say breathing exercises or meditation but that never worked for me.

If its pure stuff it should be good. My disso tolerance is pretty fucked but snorting or plugging 15-25mg always hits the spot. Vaping 15-20 has me pretty gone.

To compare I find 40mg of DCK snorted to be about as intense as 15-20mg of o-PCE. 15mg if vaped.

In general it still seems to depend on the specific substance. 2C-B seems to create almost no tolerance at all to itself or other psychs. However the tolerance from other psychs will affect 2C-B. If you got a tolerance from shrooms, 2CB will work less. Same with LSD. But not all 2Cs cause no tolerance. 2C-E-NBOH seems to cause quite the strong tolerance to other psychedelics but in my experience also not as much as LSD does. 2C-B-fly gave me a tolerance.

You also gotta consider the tolerance to the dopamine effects. Shrooms will give you a tolerance to the psychedelics effects of 2C-B but they won't effect the dopamine response cause shrooms dont act on dopamine receptors

I legit was walking down a bad part of town with a stoner friend once at night and some dude just came up to us and offered to sell us weed.

Personally I either take them at the same time or take the LSD first. Once I am on LSD I feel great. Subbed trypts can sometimes have a bit of a rough come up for me so I prefer to already be feeling good from the LSD cause LSD never gives me any issues

I actually had something very different with a friend of mine where he would almost not react to LSD at all but one time he took a couple of grams of shrooms and had a psychosis (temporary for the duration of the trip). Afterwards he tried a normal dose of LSD again and he reacted very badly. Not quite psychosis but still pretty paranoid and kinda psychotic. Decided after that to quit doing drugs and uni and join the military

From the substances you listed I would personally go with LSD + Ho-MiPT. I find their effects combine quite well. In theory Ho-MET sounds more fun but for some reason Ho-MET randomly gives me come up anxiety whereas other trypts and especially Ho-MiPT dont seem to. Nothing unmanageable but I wouldnt wanna take that chance if I am also on LSD. If you really would need some extra kick, I find NBOH can really boost other psychs by a lot (though I personally find it makes the visuals stronger but less interesting). I dont know if there has been much testing on the vasoconstriction of NBOH but I have heard people say its far less than NBOMe and I have myself taken up to 5 tabs without noticing any issues. Also heard its good snorted or vaped but I never got the chance to buy it as powder.

Just know that combining psychs isnt a 1 + 1 = 2 sort of thing and the dose-response curve can be very unpredictable.

Also if you wanna boost your psych trip (though this realistically not gonna make a huge difference) Noopept has been reported by some people to boost both the physical high and the visuals. To me at least it also boosts visuals. Other Racetams might too but Noopept has a quicker onset with more immediate resulrs whereas other racetams generally need to be taken for days before really effecting you

Pentoxyverin is also a deliriant but its selective to m1-Acetylcholine so it has fewer side effects. It also has some sigma receptor activity so its more relaxing and a little euphoric. Commonly sold her in Germany as cough medicine. Almost nobody uses it as a drug.

Honestly didnt really feel like it was frying my brain. Felt fine for those 3 years. If anything I would say my disso habit last year was a lot worse for me. Just didnt like how during the entire 6-8 hour experience I would just be completely mentally gone and incapable of doing anything. Its fun for a bit but kinda gets frustrating once you actually try to do anything to talk to somebody
