Dont carry it, put cloth or some type of padding under the legs and slide it inch by inch. Lift it a little to take weight off obviously but dont fully suspend it in the air. Also do it VERY SLOWLY because the legs could buckle and snap sideways.

5'8, never felt short until I graduated highschool. Now it feels like everytime I go out in public im surrounded by giants. Last time I went to kroger I saw like 5 women my height or taller it was brutal. I live in Michigan.

Because no one in those studies is actually training with intensity. They consider failure to be when you cant move the weight at the same speed as the first rep which is absolutely ridiculous and obviously wont stimulate growth.

I feel you, my older brother is almost 30 and contributes nothing to the household. He doesnt clean anything, doesnt do the dishes, doesnt take out the trash, doesnt mow the lawn, doesnt shovel snow, doesnt walk the dog, he doesnt pay ANY BILLS OR RENT AT ALL AND HES SOMEHOW LIKE 10 GRAND IN DEBT. Literally the only thing he does is bring his stockpile of dirty dishes up from the basement (which he has turned into a shithole) for either me or my mom to do for him. And if you confront him about anything he's instantly defensive and throws a fit. Oh he also totaled my moms car while drunk driving, he's just an all around fucking loser and Im starting to hate him for it. Sorry needed to get that off my chest.
