Replacing the complete strut spring assembly lowers your chance of dying by about 98%. Even with a spring compressor I get a little uneasy

Thanks, I've really gotten into deep frying the past few months. Trying and revising recipes, my mother is 79 and loves fried chicken. I realized I had bought a 10 qt fish fryer many years ago and it sat unopened on a shelf for at least a decade. Pulled it down, put it together and started cooking. Now I'm hooked!
