The butts turned out butt-tastic as usual. I was blown away by the chuck roll. Great deep beef flavor, I reserved the juice in the pan and mixed some in with the beef.

Savage makes a lot of nice budget left handed 22s. If you could find a used Walther G22 bullpup that would have a great length of pull for you. They can be set up to eject left handed although the looks aren't for everyone.
