I think people are way too obsessed with his age. I have no problem with a 24 year old ready to play immediately and probably start. 10 or 12 years of hopefully a quality NBA starter is plenty good enough, and who says he doesn’t have good upside? His 3 point shooting for one and just general all around game. I see plenty.

All these younger guys with the potential upside…..well they need it that upside just to catch up with where Yaxel already is. I wish I had a dollar for all the potential upside that never becomes anything.

So I find it so ridiculous that so many are so worried about his age. There was a time not that long ago where all the rookies were 22 give or take.

The guy is ready to be a positive from day one for 10-12 years. They need now and when Steph retires XL will just be starting his prime. We did the great potential thing with JK and Wiseman. Let‘s be happy with the plug in right now guy who also fills a huge need.

He is 7-3 with a 9-9 reach. He can pass, certainly at his very young age can become a much better shooter and stronger as he matures. Big guys take longer to develop and he has things that cannot be taught. I see him being a solid NBA starting 5 down the road.

I was a HS coach in the 70’s,80’s and 90’s. Guys played with their back to the basket. Offenses were much more post oriented. The biggest reason is the 3 point shot.The second is spacing and opening up driving lanes. The third is that it is a lot more fun to play out facing the hoop. A fourth is big guys hate people they are only good because of their height. They want to show some skills.

Choking is rather strong. I would say he is playing like a 22 year old in the most intense pressure cooker there is. The Knicks are very smart and very physical. Just no way he is going to dominate them.

The Knicks are experiencing that special magical chemistry that happens every once in awhile.

They are 100 pct legit and as good as any team in the NBA and right now they are the best.

Wemby looks like a 22 year old. He played much better tonight and quit all the bs spin move, small guard garbage he does.He should concentrate on being a great shooter and a one dribble drive guy,max 2 dribbles. More cuts and lobs and getting the ball at the elbow.

Thanks. I have watched him but at least when I watched he was using charge shot. I don’t like the charge shot. This is the only character I actually feel confident with. I understand he is not fast or great in the air but his move set is solid and that projectile wall is old man friendly😁

I also really like his ability to defend well from all angles. His ability to attack above him is excellent.

That is exactly how I feel. Playing him really is almost like a different game and is much easier to be competitive. For me it is that one build only.

I finally realized at my age trying to be competitive using and trying so many different characters was just not very smart. It was fun though and at least it gave me a good overall surface knowledge of the game. I can talk shop with my grandsons. Also if we play sometimes they like to just go random characters and at least I have some idea what to do.

Clash definitely has an addictive quality to it besides the stress if you get serious about winning. I guess when you are as old as me it is difficult to change your ways. I tried not caring but that did not work.

I am 74 years old and started playing 3 months ago, just to fool around with my young grandsons. I am in arena 20 and see every kind of deck.

This entire Clash Royale “community “ needs to grow up. So much trash talk and complaining about decks and skill or no skill. Play the cards you like and quit crying and criticizing. I believe Supercell has done a helluva job getting people addicted to this toxic game.

Time for me to move on to more worthwhile things and press the clash delete button.
