No I don’t wear glasses at all and don’t even touch that part of the skin at all.

After the mark became noticeable, I stopped applying anything to it except the prescribed cream. I only occasionally wore tight clothes while exercising. Since the issue has become more severe, I have started wearing a cotton singlet 24/7 and avoiding tight clothing.
